Essie red glitter nail polish and the OPI black shatter are a great combination- Totally fierce. I’ve heard a couple of complaints saying that the shatter doesn’t ‘work’ on some nails but here’s a tip: don’t put layers after layers while applying the shatter. It dries up extremely quickly and it’s okay if you haven’t applied the entire nail. After the cracking effect takes place, it’ll look just as good- i promise.
